Interesting day.

I met someone I haven't met in a long time, and he apparently got richer than I thought he would in a year.

I'm attracted to rich and successful people and that makes me want to be one of them.

I wonder if I would be able to squeeze in an insurance license before the start of school in mid August, and maybe start learning the ropes while working and studying.

AM I CHEWING OFF TOO LARGE A PIECE OF PIE??

The crazy bug hits me hard.

I wish I still had my crazy friends to do crazy things with. But that's obviously not possible since they're all Married/Attached, Pregnant, Overseas, Turned Holy, or In Rehab.

So...NO FRIENDS. Nadah. Zilch.

Suddenly I have no more social life.

I've been spending my last few weeks doing housework, applying for school, accepting school offers and basically getting ready for my transition from Full time working to Full time Working and Part time studying.

And I really want to get a life before the LIFE leaves me. For the next Three Years until I graduate. GAHS!

I'm going to sign my new contract later on at Chinatown. Although the basic pay is a huge cut from my current pay, plus the fact that the little company might not give great bonuses if ANY, but at least the working hours are not taxing and! There's great food all around and it is fucking near school. WOOT!

Gonna go meet Cass later!

P.S: The new job is as a Recruitment Consultant. SO it all came together in the end! =) THANK GOD!

Handed in my resignation letter today. Amazingly Toadface wasn't surprised and most of my colleagues had been anticipating my resignation. LOL.

Probably cuz I've been hinting pretty heavily and have been pretty open about my future plans.

Busied myself with administrative matters, and I must say until now, I'm still not used to the inefficiency of the Public Service. LOL.

Took me more than half a day just to deal with resignation protocols. TSK.

But the Public Service still has nice people. <3

The new work place will be at Chinatown Point, with just 6 colleagues. =) The working hours seem fine, and its damn near school, so I do hope all goes well from there onwards.

Though I will miss the Contaminants people except for ONE. =(

I can't wait to stop traveling so darn far to work though. At long last I can sleep till 7 30 am!!

I don't know what to do. I don't know how to deal with them. I'm so sick and tired of all these.

I just want to quit my job, find something easy, and just STUDY.

But no. THOSE FUCKERS just won't let me.

Screwing it up for me time and time again.

I had an interview at 11 30am this morning.

I asked for a lift to the venue.

He fucking drove me round Toa Payoh for an hour, missing the same exit THREE TIMES, even after I've pointed it out to him time and time again.

I'm so fucking frustrated now, all I can do is just CRY.

Where are they when I need them the most?

I'm a freaking Jersey Shore addict! Shorty has been bugging me to watch it for the past few weeks and I've been too tired and busy to watch it until last night when she took my external hard drive and downloaded it in.

I clicked on that addictive file and I didn't sleep until 7am this morning! AND GUESS WHAT TIME I WOKE UP?!

11 fucking a.m. ! WTF?!

FOUR FUCKING HOURS OF SHUT EYE. WTF.

I had to go submit my Acceptance of Offer from Loughborough University, and confirm some stuff with my BROKER a.k.a my Cousin, Keith, who is really a damn Broker! Heh, but how come he isn't as rich as those on TV, I don't know. Perhaps he donated too much to Singapore Pools over this FIFA. I'm sure many people did too. LOL.

The Father Figure drove us down to PSB Academy to make payment and accept the offer at Lower Delta Road while Keith and I yakked away about those stuff.

Keith went back to his office while I submitted my acceptance and made the fucking payment. *Stabs heart*

$3.5k per semester. WTF. Three Semesters a YEAR works out to about $11k. T_T

Anyway, the Father Figure got lost while trying to get us home and in the end we detoured (read: GOT LOST) for a good 4 hours after eating at Bukit Ho Swee.

Great World City -> Botanic Gardens -> Great World City -> Audi Showroom -> Orchard -> Plaza Singapura -> Chinatown ( we bought some second hand books; I'm reading The Truth about Managing People by Stephen P. Robbins, and it's quite insightful!) -> Old Airport -> then finally, HOME!

I don't know what kind of fucking sick joke the Tormentors are trying to play, but they are seriously pissing me off.

The Father Figure refused to let me look at courses in SIM, insisted on signing up for PSB Academy's Loughborough University, and when I've finally been accepted, offer pack in hand and all, HE FUCKING TELLS ME TO RETHINK ABOUT IT AND MAYBE GO FOR AN ADVANCED DIPLOMA INSTEAD.

A week feels like a damn long time.

If I'm not wrong, and still sane, I think it has been a week since he left.

It feels like a damn long time though, and his missing presence makes me angry.

I want to look for a job nearer to school, but then I don't think people would want to employ me in Human Resource since I haven't got any relevant experience in it. LOL.

I applied to be an ICA officer on a whim, before I applied for school. Now with school, shift work in pretty much out of the question. Damn it.

I'm pretty much messed up about where I want to head with my career.

1. I'm working in a Lab now.
2. My Diploma is relevant somewhat to my job.
3. But I'm going to start going for a Degree in Business Studies with a Major in Human Resource Management.

What kinda new job should I look for then?? I need a location near school at PSB Academy, with no shift work.
