A man will never change his spots. No point pinning too much hope on a man and expect him to change for you. Because afterall, a change will never be permanent unless initiated and affected from within.

Anyway, I went running with Uncle Nelson after work today. Drove to East Coast and ran for a good 45 minutes until my feet chaffed and blistered.

I HATE RUNNING!

Went to Grand's for dinner after the run and I felt so darn blessed! =D

I still get to eat Grand's yummilicious food!!
