ARGH!

I'M STILL UNABLE TO UPLOAD ANY PICTURES AT ALL!

THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG ABOUT THE DAMN CONNECTION (bluetooth and wire transfer alike) AND I'M TOO BUSY TO BRING MY LAPTOP DOWN TO THE BLOODY HP SERVICE CENTRE TO KICK UP A BIG FUSS AGAIN!

Grr~!

Anyway, the Tormentors, the useless fat maid and I had travelled down to Grand's early in the morning (despite me sleeping only at 4am!), to help Grand prepare the Reunion Dinner. LOL.

Fancy preparing DINNER in the MORNING. LOL. But yeah, Reunion dinners are always big occasions. And this year was no different!

I'd helped to chop and mince liver and prawns and while peeling those bloody tiger prawns, I had unknowingly sliced my thumb with the bloody prawn shell. =.=

Only realised I was bleedy pretty badly when I saw the basin of prawns soaked in very red water...

=,=!!

Then I felt the pain. THEN, I screamed my head off.

ROFL.

Sounds pretty funny now, to think of it.

Ran around the kitchen searching for a plaster before XY found me this really cute yellow plaster with bears on it!

=D

Diced loads of carrots, chestnuts and onions for Ngor Hiang, and mixed it all up with the minced liver, prawns, MSG, pepper, five spice powder, sesame oil and soy sauce.

Wrapped them all up, steamed them, then deep fried them.

Half of it was gone pretty quickly.

I was doing all this while the useless maid washed A TOILET for almost 3 hours. Seriously, I've no idea what the fuck she did in the bloody toilet, but 3 hours is just too damn long to scrub a toilet seat and a tiny shower cubicle.

It didn't even look clean!

TSK.

I wasn't very kind with my words to her, cuz I just can't stand her fucking lazy ways.

Anyway, I've finally learnt how to cook Shark's Fin!

1. Line pot with sugarcane sticks to prevent sticking, place bamboo basket on top of sugarcane.
2.Stir fry washed Shark's Fins with condiments, let it cool.
3. Wash pig's skin and remove excess fats.
4. Wrap cooled Shark's Fin with pig's skin, use chicken thighs and chest to weigh down pig's skin.
5. Pour in 2 pots of boiling chicken broth, let boil over charcoal for 2 hours. Top up with hot water when neccessary.
6. Let it cook for 8 hours!
